Verification typically takes 1-24 hours. Failure to complete verification will prevent withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You must notify sis33 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. sis33 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account if you have failed to maintain adequate security.
You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of sis33 remains accurate and up to date. You must notify us immediately of any changes to your personal details, including address, phone number, or email address. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays in withdrawals or account suspension.
sis33 accepts deposits through major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but typically start at Rp 25,000 to Rp 50,000. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in account closure.
Withdrawal requests are processed after successful account verification (KYC). Minimum withdrawal is typically Rp 100,000, and maximum per transaction is typically Rp 50,000,000. All bets must be placed in good faith for entertainment purposes only. sis33 reserves the right to void bets that are determined to be placed fraudulently, in error, or as part of collusion or match-fixing schemes. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by our system, it cannot be cancelled or amended except in cases of obvious system error.
Sports betting outcomes are determined by official results published by the relevant governing body or league (e.g., FIFA for World Cup, UEFA for Champions League, PSSI for BRI Liga 1). If a match is postponed, suspended, or abandoned, specific settlement rules apply based on the sport and bet type. For Asian Handicap and Over/Under bets, at least 90 minutes (or the scheduled match duration) must be played for bets to stand, unless otherwise specified.

Each bonus has specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements (rollover), eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, time limits for bonus use, and withdrawal conditions. Bonus terms are displayed at the time the bonus is offered and must be accepted before the bonus is credited to your account.
Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times or using bonuses in ways not intended by their terms, will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure. sis33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts for resolution of any legal disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deducting any pending bets) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. sis33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms & Conditions, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, provide false information during registration or verification, abuse bonuses or promotions, or engage in any activity that harms sis33 or other users. Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and you will be permanently banned from creating new accounts.
